Delivery Charges:
Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £99.00 plus vat.
Any order under the free delivery threshold will incur a £7.50 plus vat delivery charge.
Deliveries will be made within two working days. You will be notified of a delivery date via DPD or our own transport depending on your delivery location. Our own vehicles only cover the following counties: Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Bristol.
Restricted Delivery Products:
Some of our products offered on the website are only available for delivery via our own transport. These products will be identified with a restricted delivery badge and will only be delivered locally. Please do not purchase any restricted delivery product for delivery outside the following counties: Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Bristol.
In most cases the restricted delivery products tend to be the bulkier items, products that are near impossible to ship via a parcel delivery firm such as DPD or Parcelforce. Products listed without a restricted delivery badge can be delivered nationally.
